Title: Editorial Group Supervisor

Requirements:

• Manages day-to-day workload of assigned brands with minimal-to-no oversight from editorial leadership and assists direct reports in managing their workloads as needed
• Manages a team of about 2-3 direct reports
• Partners with department leadership on initiatives to support department and company
• Able to troubleshoot issues on their own and for their direct reports but also knows when to raise concerns to editorial leadership
• Fluent in editorial process and proactively suggests process adjustments to meet client needs and timelines
• Recognizes issues with process/quality and provides solutions, consulting with editorial leadership as needed
• Attends kickoff meetings for individual brands and direct reports, as needed
• In addition to attending kickoff meetings and monitoring workload in the day-to-day, GES recognizes the big picture and proactively plans for staffing, alerting editorial leadership of times when further support may be needed
• Provides support and mentorship to direct reports tailored to their individual growth opportunities
• Demonstrates a strong ability to prioritize and work closely with project management to ensure all client deadlines are met for assigned brands and direct report’s brands
• Notifies editorial leadership of any team concerns in a timely manner
• Comfortable with fact-checking, cold reads, w4w reviews, and editing for digital and print
• Has been the editorial lead on successful launches within pharma/med tech.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
